We know you are having questions on how to purchase, when can I receive my orders etc. in your head so we churned up a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to solve your queries!

•⁠  ⁠When will the sale start?
The sale begins on 28 August, 10am and will run till 11 September, 11.59PM or while stocks last.

•⁠  ⁠Do I need to register for an account before I can place my order?
Yes, you will need to register for a Shopify account before placing your order. Please pre-register an account before sales date to ensure a fast and smooth ordering process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your account is registered.

•⁠  ⁠I am a VIP ticket holder, how do I get my VIP discount?
Please key in your 8-digit Ticketmaster order number (e.g. 16872677) in the discount code tab before checking out. You can find your order number in your Ticketmaster account or your ticket purchase confirmation email. Kindly note that all order number can only be used once, unless you have purchased multiple tickets within the same order.

•⁠  My friend and I share the same order number, can we both use it?
Yes! Each VIP ticket is entitled to one discount. E.g three tickets bought within the same order, code can be used three times. 

•⁠  ⁠Can I make a purchase if I am not a ticket holder?
Yes, you may make a purchase even if you did not attend the event.

•⁠  ⁠Can I make changes to my orders after I have placed my orders?
Changes are not allowed once orders have been placed and payment has been processed. If you wish to add more items, you need to make a new purchase.

•⁠  ⁠How do I know that my order is confirmed?
After payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation sent.

•⁠  ⁠I ordered over SGD$70, how do I know if I will receive the MD photocards?
The MD photocards will packed together with your order accordingly. You will receive 2 out of 6 random photocards per SGD$70 spent (e.g., orders above SGD$140 will receive 4 photocards). Kindly note that this is based on the final price at checkout, and the photocards are given at random and duplicates might occur. They will be available on a first-come-first serve basis while stocks last.

•⁠  ⁠How do I know when my items will be sent out?
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order is sent out.

•⁠  ⁠Are the product prices in SGD?
Yes, all the product prices are in SGD.

•⁠  ⁠What are the payment options available?
We accept cashless payment methods such PayNow and PayPal. 

No other payment options are available.

•⁠  ⁠Will I be charged immediately after I have checked out my order?
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Yes, you will be charged once you have checked out your order and make payment. ‎ ‎

•⁠  ⁠Can I make the payment later?
All products have limited quantities. To ensure that you get your desired products, please make payment once you have checked out your order.
