Hello!
We know you are having questions on how to purchase, when can I receive my orders etc. in your head so we churned up a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to solve your queries!
• How long will the sale run for?
The sale will run till 30 November, 11:59PM, or while stocks last.
• Will you be restocking other merchandise (e.g. T-shirts, etc.)?
Only a selection of items will be available in Round 2 online sales. Hurry while stocks last!
• Do I need to register for an account before placing my order?
Yes. You will need to register for a Shopify account before placing your order. Please pre-register an account before sales date to ensure a fast and smooth ordering process.
• Can I make the payment later?
No. Orders without payment proof sent or payment received within 24 hours will be voided.
• Can I purchase if I am not a ticket holder?
Yes, you may make a purchase even if you did not attend the show. However, do note that shipping is only within Singapore.
• Can I make changes to my orders after I have placed my orders?
No. Changes cannot be made once your order and payment are confirmed. If you wish to add more items, please place a new order.
• Are the product prices in SGD?
Yes. All product prices are listed in SGD.
• What are the payment options available?
Only PayNow is accepted. Kindly include your order number (e.g #1004) in the remarks when making payment for easy reference.
• How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Please send us your payment proof by replying directly to the automated invoice once payment is made. As payments are manually verified, please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation.
No confirmation email will be sent, but you may view the status of your payment in your account.
• How do I know when my items will be sent out?
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order is sent out.
