Hello!
We know you are having questions on how to purchase, when can I receive my orders etc. in your head so we churned up a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to solve your queries!
• When will the preorder start?
Preorder will begin on 6 November, 2PM and will run till 15 December, 11:59PM.
• Can I purchase if I am not a ticket holder?
Yes. Standard album purchase is open to all, including non-main show ticket holders.
• Does purchasing the album entitle me to the fan sign session?
Post-show fan sign eligibility applies only to main show ticket holders who purchase the standard album add-on. If you are a ticket holder bringing your own album, you will also be entitled to the fan sign session without needing to purchase a new one.
• Can I purchase multiple albums for the artist to sign? (*APPLICABLE TO MAIN SHOW TICKET HOLDERS ONLY)
Only one (1) album per person will be eligible for autograph during the post-show fansign session.
• Do I need to register for an account before placing my order?
Yes. You will need to register for a Shopify account before placing your order. Please pre-register an account to ensure a fast and smooth ordering process.
• How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Please send us your payment proof (you may reply directly to the automated invoice) once payment is made. Kindly include your order number (e.g #1004) in the remarks for easy reference.
As payments are manually verified, please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. You may view the status of your payment in your account.
• Can I make the payment later?
No. Orders without payment proof sent or payment received within 24 hours will be voided.
• Will there be offline sales during show day?
Yes. Offline sales will be available on both days. Please check our social media closer to the date for more details.
• Can I have my album(s) shipped to me?
Shipping option is not available. Only on-site collection is applicable.
• Can I make changes to my orders after I have placed my orders?
No. Changes cannot be made once your order and payment is confirmed. If you wish to add more items, please place a new order.
• Are the product prices in SGD?
Yes. All prices are listed in SGD.
• What are the payment options available?
For online preorders, only PayNow is accepted.
• I cannot pay via PayNow QR, how else can I order?
If you are unable to pay via PayNow QR, you may purchase items during offline sales at the venue, where other cashless payment methods (e.g. Visa/Mastercard) will be accepted. Please check our social media closer to the date for more details.
• How do I collect my order at the venue on event day?
All preordered album(s) are to be be collected at the venue during show day. Please present your invoice and order number to show our staff at the counter during collection.
• Can I refund/exchange my item?
No refunds will be accepted once payment has been confirmed. Please check your items carefully before leaving the counter. Exchanges are only permitted for damaged items.
